• Name and exact spelling of the name
• Birth date, birth time, and birthplace
• Parents' names
• Contact details including email address and WhatsApp number
• Photographs, if supplied for a palmistry add-on
• Written questions, dreams, or focus areas provided by the customer

How your information is kept

Information is kept private and is accessible only to those preparing your report. Customer data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

Delivery

Reports are delivered by email or WhatsApp to the contact details you supply.

Deletion requests

Customers can request deletion of their information at any time by writing to us. Once deleted, a previously delivered report cannot be reissued from our records.

Payments

Payment information is handled by third-party payment processors such as Ziina, PayPal, or bank transfer providers. We do not store card details.
